THE REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION FOR FIREARMS PURCHASES IS AN ARIZONA DRIVERS LICENSE AND/OR AN ARIZONA IDENTIFICATION CARD ISSUED BY THE STATE OF ARIZONA. THIS MUST REFLECT THE CURRENT ADDRESS OF RESIDENCE. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR DIVERS LICENSE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS. PERMANENT ARIZONA RESIDENT ALIENS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE THE TRANSACTION OF A FIREARM CAN OCCUR:
ARIZONA DRIVERS LICENSE AND/OR AN ARIZONA IDENTIFICATION CARD WITH YOUR "CURRENT" ADDRESS.
YOUR PERMANENT ALIEN IDENTIFICATION CARD.
FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES 90 DAYS PROOF OF RESIDENCY WHICH MUST ENCOMPASS THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND 90 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU ARE PURCHASING A FIREARM. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS FEDERAL LAW.
PROOF OF RESIDENCY CAN BE YOUR UTILITY BILLING STATEMENTS REFLECTING THE CURRENT ADDRESS OF RESIDENCY, OR RENTAL AGREEMENTS WITH PAYMENT RECIEPTS FOR THAT ADDRESS BY AN APARTMENT AGENCY. HANDWRITTEN AGREEMENTS FROM INDIVIDUALS "RENTING" A HOME TO YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
CREDIT CARD BILLING STATEMENTS WITH CURRENT ADDRESS AND NAME ARE ALSO ACCEPTABLE.
STRAW PURCHASES:
FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE PURCHASING A FIREARM FOR ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WHO IS UNDER AGE OR NOT A RESIDENT OF ARIZONA, OR OTHERWISE PROHIBITED FROM POSSESSING A FIREARM. THIS IS TERMED A "STRAW PURCHASE", AND IS ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS.
ALL FIREARMS PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL FIREARMS ARE WARRANTIED THROUGH US AND THE MANUFACTURER.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES:
PROOF OF AGE MUST BE SHOWN SUCH AS AN ARIZONA DRIVERS LICENSE AND/OR ARIZONA IDENTIFICATION CARD.
YOU MUST BE 21 TO PURCHASE ANY HANDGUN AMMUNITION.
YOU MUST BE 18 TO PURCHASE RIFLE AND SHOTGUN AMMUNITION.
TRANSFER OF FIREARMS:
WE CAN SHIP FIREARMS OUT OF STATE TO ONLY FEDERALLY LICENSED FIREARMS DEALERS, AND WE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COPY OF THAT DEALER'S FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE BEFORE WE CAN SHIP THE FIREARM.
WE ACCEPT SHIPMENTS AND TRANSFERS OF FIREARMS FROM OUT OF STATE, AND ALL FEDERAL LAWS APPLY TO THE TRANSFER OF FIREARMS TO INDIVIDUALS HERE. IN EVERY CASE, ALL PERSONS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FEDERAL FORM #4473 AND UNDERGO A NICS BACKGROUND CHECK.
WE CAN ONLY INITIATE A NICS BACKGROUND CHECK AT THE TIME OF ACTUAL SALE. INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE DELAYED FOR THREE BUSINESS DAYS, (NOT INCLUDING THE DATE OF PURCHASE, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS), MUST PAY FOR THE FIREARM (IN FULL) AND SHOULD THE SALE BE DENIED BY NICS WITHIN THE THREE-DAY TIME PERIOD, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
NOTE: IF NICS DENIES THE SALE FOR ANY REASON AFTER THE FIREARM HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO AN INDIVIDUAL WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND THE PURCHASE. THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL TOBACCO AND FIREARMS (BATF) WILL INFORM YOU OF HOW TO PROCEED.
